Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea) is native to the Arctic and Alpine regions across Europe, Asia, and America, and has been utilized as a tonic by various cultures throughout history, including the Ancient Greeks. It is commonly referred to as an “adaptogen,” a designation for substances that enhance the body’s inherent ability to adjust to changing circumstances. NOW® Rhodiola is standardized to contain 3% total rosavins and 1% salidroside.

Additional Ingredients: Maltodextrin (non-GMO), Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Stearic Acid (derived from vegetables), and Silicon Dioxide.

This product is not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, or sesame ingredients. It is produced in a GMP-certified facility that also processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

Take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times daily on an empty stomach.
